Assistant Professor and Head
I am an assistant professor in the department of Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad. My primary research interests are in mixed signal integrated circuits design and electronics system design. Our group works on broadband filters, data converters and interface circuits for MEMS sensors. We also have some active ongoing work on hearing aid design.

Assistant Professor
I am an RFIC and Analog/Mixed signal circuits researcher with around 4 years of Industrial experience in Analog Circuit designing (3 year-Regular, 1 year-Internship). Around 6 years of research experience during PhD in RF Energy Harvesting systems which includes circuit designing , layout, die-level and packaged-level testing. Fabricated and tested RF energy harvesting system at 180nm technology and published the same in IEEE transaction on Circuits and Systems I.

Assistant Professor
Faculty member in Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad, Karnataka. My primary research areas include development of gas sensors for Healthcare, Environmental Monitoring and Precision Agriculture. Development of resistive biosensors for Protein biomarkers and DNA/RNA. Development of biomarkers Graphene based devices.

Assistant Professor
I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the EECE department of IIT Dharwad. Prior to joining IIT Dharwad I was working as an Assistant Professor in BITS Pilani, Pilani campus where my teaching area mainly focussed on VLSI related subjects for undergraduate and graduate students. I have also worked as a Post Doctoral Fellow in University of California, Los Angeles before starting my academic career.

Assistant Professor
Saroj Mondal received the B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India, in 2007, the M.Tech. degree in VLSI design from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Guwahati, India, in 2017. Currently, he is working as an assistant professor at the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad, Dharwad, India.
